Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion. Please ensure all tags and labels remain attached to the merchandise.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account statement.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the actual return shipping cost from your refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to process the refund transaction. If you've confirmed with your bank and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and we will investigate the matter.

For payments made via alternative methods (e.g., PayPal, digital wallets), please check your account balance directly with the payment provider. In cases where refunds are delayed beyond our stated processing period, we will work with the payment processor to resolve the issue promptly.
